We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Regional Manager to join our team in the Chatham-Kent District area.
The Regional Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and performance of our three (3) dental offices. This role requires a strategic and results-driven leader who can enhance operational efficiency, elevate patient satisfaction, and support the ongoing growth and development of our team members across all locations.

Qualifications:
- 5 years+ experience in dental management
- Strong understanding of dental office operations and regulatory requirements.
- Post-secondary education in Medical Office Administration/Business Administration
- Proven track record of improving operational performance and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing budgets and meeting KPIs
- Tracker Dental Software Experience
- Experience in Treatment Coordination
- Ability to travel between locations within the region as needed
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple dental offices within the region to ensure efficiency and high standards of patient care.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery and achieve business goals.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and support office managers and staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to staff.
- Address and resolve any operational or patient care issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing strategies to attract new patients.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the region.
