Flex Tradez Academy is seeking an experienced Welding Instructor to deliver practical, hands-on welding training to entry-level students, newcomers, career changers, and individuals preparing to enter the skilled trades.
The instructor will provide a safe, supportive, and industry-focused learning environment while helping students develop the practical welding skills, safety awareness, and confidence required for employment, apprenticeship, and CWB testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on instruction in SMAW and FCAW welding processes, primarily in the flat/1GF position.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
