Candidates for this position must hold a PhD or equivalent in Curriculum Studies or a strongly related field. Preference will be given to applicants who have demonstrated scholarly and practical curriculum experience, relevant publications and demonstrated record of performance in teaching at the graduate level. Demonstrated knowledge and experience successfully designing and teaching in the online environment is essential for this position.

Interdisciplinary experience is an asset.
In this role, successful candidates are expected to:
- Collaborate with Program Manager, EdD, Academic Coordinator, and Faculty colleagues for course development, asynchronous learning design, and sharing resources.
- Mentor and guide students through scaffolded course activities to support student success with a student-centred and adult learning approach.
- Engage in instructor and university orientation activities for consistency of scaffolded program delivery, assessment experiences and assurance of secondary research approaches.
- Demonstrate success in supporting graduate student learning, particularly academic writing, as well as the ability to identify learning challenges and teach students from diverse backgrounds.
