Office Administrator & Sales Coordinator
Ramows Lawn Care – Mississauga / Oakville / Burlighton / Milton, ON
Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Saturdays during peak season if needed)
Compensation: $50,000–$65,000+ per year
(Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses)

Ramows Lawn Care is a rapidly growing lawn care and property maintenance company servicing Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, and Burlington.
Our services include:
- Lawn maintenance
- Spring & fall clean-ups
- Hedge trimming
- Mulch installations
- Seasonal property services
We are scaling aggressively and building real systems. We are looking for someone ambitious, organized, and performance-driven who wants to grow with the company long term.
This role directly impacts revenue, operations, and customer experience.

Your ImpactSales & Revenue Growth
- Answer inbound calls and respond to web leads quickly
- Send same-day estimates using Jobber
- Follow up on open estimates
- Upsell additional services
- Follow up on unpaid invoices
- Help maintain strong cash flow and low Accounts Receivable
Operations & Structure
- Schedule and dispatch crews efficiently
- Adjust routes based on weather and changes
- Maintain an organized and accurate Jobber system
- Track daily revenue and completed jobs
- Handle client communication professionally
You will play a key role in protecting revenue and improving efficiency.

- Tech-savvy (CRM/Jobber experience is an asset)
- Experience in home services is a bonus
