Landscape Construction Crew Leader

Full-time position | $35-45/hour
LP Landscape Plus is looking for a hands-on Construction Crew Leader to lead landscape construction projects while actively contributing on site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both managing projects and working alongside crews to keep production moving, quality high, and customers informed.
What you’ll do
- Lead projects from Sales handoff through completion
- Work directly alongside crews on site while coordinating daily production
- Help with layout, grading, base preparation, hardscape installation, planting, equipment operation, and cleanup
- Review plans, estimates, scope, schedules, materials, and site conditions
- Organize crews, subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and daily priorities
- Track labor, materials, progress, budgets, and project risks
- Identify delays, scope changes, and potential change orders early
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide project updates
- Complete site inspections, quality checks, walkthroughs, and project closeouts
- Maintain accurate project documentation in LMN and company systems
- Coach team members through clear direction, hands-on training, and accountability
- Participate in winter operations, including snow planning, snow clearing, equipment operation, salt-truck driving, supervision, or site support as assigned

- Strong hands-on skills in hardscape, grading, drainage, layout, planting, and equipment operation
- Ability to lead a crew while remaining productive in the field
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of labor budgets, materials, schedules, and change orders
- Professional customer-service approach
- Reliable, accountable, and comfortable making field decisions
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions

Experience:
