Job Overview
We are seeking dependable, hardworking General Labourers to join our pavement marking and winter operations crews.
During the spring, summer, and fall, this position will primarily involve working as part of a night-time line painting crew, assisting a Working Foreman with pavement marking projects on roads, intersections, parking lots, and other municipal and commercial properties.
During the winter, the position transitions into snow and ice removal operations, including sidewalk plowing, shoveling, salting, and general snow removal duties.
This is a hands-on outdoor position suited to someone who is reliable, willing to learn, comfortable working nights, and interested in developing new skills. No previous line painting experience is required—we will train the right person.
There are significant opportunities for strong employees to move up quickly, learn to operate specialized equipment, take on additional responsibility, and eventually progress into Lead Hand or Foreman positions.
