We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual to join our manufacturing team as our Maintenance Lead. You will be responsible for all maintenance for the complete operation. Duties are fulfilled as assigned by the Plant Manager safely, efficiently, and effectively. We are looking for a self-starter who likes to get their hands dirty.

What You Bring to the Shop Floor
-
5–10 years of industrial maintenance experience
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and a safety-first mindset
-
Experience working with heavy machinery, overhead cranes, forklifts, and rigging/slings
-
Welding, fabrication, and blueprint reading skills
-
Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance
-
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively
