We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer experience-focused Server to join the Fiasco team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service by creating a welcoming, friendly environment. Providing prompt, efficient service while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed is necessary. Responsibilities include taking food and beverage orders, serving guests, and processing payments. Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an asset, along with excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems such as TouchBistro is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and managing transactions
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy hours while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables effectively
Pay: $22.00 per hour
