Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Interior Trim Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and quality control of interior trim projects on construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role offers an opportunity to lead a team, ensure project standards are met, and contribute to the successful completion of high-quality interior finishes.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations of interior trim installation teams, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and communication
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure all work meets company standards and client specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide installation processes
- Manage project documentation using construction management software such as SAP
- Monitor progress and performance of team members, providing guidance and training as needed
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Proven supervising experience in construction or interior finishing projects
- Expertise in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in quality control procedures
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and quality assurance practices
- Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of interior trim materials, techniques, and installation best practices

Pay: $31.25-$40.00 per hour
