Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and energetic attitude, guiding them to their tables and managing wait times efficiently
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces regularly
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Support food handling procedures by adhering to safety standards and assisting with basic kitchen or bar duties as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating, service flow, and guest needs
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries politely, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols and food handling safety standards
- Experience in hospitality, hotel service, or the food industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting during shifts

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
