The Lethbridge Opioid Dependency Clinic is seeking a compassionate and organized Administrative Support III to join our team in a permanent part-time position working 12-hour rotational shifts. As a key member of the clinic, you will provide advanced administrative support that contributes to the delivery of high-quality, person-centered addiction services. In this role, you will support daily operations through client scheduling and registration, records management, data entry, report preparation, and general office coordination. Working closely with interdisciplinary team members, clients, and community partners, you will help create a welcoming and efficient environment that supports recovery, wellness, and positive client outcomes. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality's individuals living with opioid use disorder and promotes recovery, wellness, and improved health outcomes within the community.
As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
