Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to finish a multifamily residential building in Sechelt.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Implement and enforce safety regulations on-site
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
- Manage project budgets effectively
Skills
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes
- Experience with construction estimating techniques
- Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam and ProCore
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead on-site teams effectively
- Strong budgeting skills to manage project finances efficiently

$130-150k salary per annum
Vehicle allowance
LOA: $2,000 per month
