YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Play a key role in setting sales targets
Administer the North American Sales team bonus program for the Powersports Group and Marine Group (set targets, calculate bonuses based on established metrics, create and publish dashboards and reports, act as the primary contact with the sales force for the bonus program)
Help develop analytical tools as part of the vehicle sales planning process for Global Sales, in collaboration with the market analyst
Contribute to sales and market analysis that will be presented to North American sales executives
Develop, update and publish sales reports and perform more extensive analysis as needed
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in administration, business technology management, economics, finance, business intelligence or another related field
Strong aptitude for technology, in particular Excel and programming languages
Familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL and Power BI is an asset, but not required
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
Keen attention to detail, good logic and priority management skills
Fluency in both spoken and written English and French (required)
