The Lakehouse is gearing up for a busy summer by the lake, and we're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team.
We're looking for someone who:
- Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen
- Leads by example and supports the kitchen team
- Works clean, organized, and communicates well
- Takes pride in quality, consistency, and presentation
- Can handle busy brunches, dinner service, and summer volume
- Helps with ordering, inventory, prep management, and daily kitchen operations

Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Shawnigan Lake
- Weekend availability required
