- University Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
- CHRP preferred
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant previous experience as Recruiter is preferred. Health Care Industry experience would be asset
Other Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated experience implementing successful fresh innovative approaches to talent acquisition
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking systems (ATS)
- Proficient in sourcing techniques and social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office software applications and Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Knowledge of employment law related to recruitment.
- Effective influencing and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively provide timely communication at all levels of the organization
- Team player, who can collaborate well with others and also work independently with little direction or supervision
- Self-directed and solution oriented with a strong work ethic
