Pre-Test Technician / Receptionist

What You'll Do
As a Pre-Test Technician/Receptionist, you'll play an important role in ensuring every patient receives outstanding care from the moment they arrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and creating a welcoming, professional first impression
- Interviewing patients and updating medical and ocular histories
- Performing preliminary diagnostic testing prior to the patient's examination
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule
- Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
- Processing payments and billing extended health insurance plans
- Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the doctors and clinical team to ensure appointments run efficiently

Position Details
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
This position may include:
- Tuesday evening shifts
- Occasional Saturday shifts
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as required
