As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide first-level technical support and customer service solutions for client products. You won’t just answer calls — you’ll guide customers through solutions, build trust, and take ownership of the entire customer experience.
This fully remote Technical Support Representative opportunity is open to candidates residing in Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, Alberta, British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador or New Brunswick. What You’ll Do as a Technical Support Representative
You will:

Provide first-level technical support and customer service for client products

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures

Deliver empathetic, solution-focused call handling while actively listening to customer concerns

Accurately document interactions using electronic documentation systems

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and complete resolution

Schedule service calls and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

What You Bring
To succeed as a Technical Support Representative, you should have:

Associate’s degree or certification in technical and/or clinical education

2+ years of experience in a technical, clinical, or medical device support role

Experience using electronic documentation systems

Strong communication and comprehension skills

Ability to type 30+ WPM and pass a language/grammar assessment

Reliable hardwired home internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
Nice to Have:

Previous contact center experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
