Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Data Entry Clerk/Receptionist to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative and data management skills to contribute to our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, managing incoming calls, and supporting daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior office experience and proficiency with various software tools are highly valued.
Duties
- Enter, update, and verify data within company databases and ERP systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
- Assist with data collection and report generation using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and quality checks
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve data management workflows
Requirements
- Prior office experience or clerical experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, ERP systems, and general computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills to ensure efficient workflow
- Familiarity with filing systems, data collection methods, and administrative procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a professional manner
- Good communication skills for handling phone inquiries and internal correspondence
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative certifications are a plus
Pay: $45,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
