Position Overview: We’re seeking a driven Account Executive (Remote) with marketing agency experience who’s ready to make an impact. In this role, you’ll qualify inbound leads, generate new opportunities through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling, and attend industry events. You’ll build relationships, set up meetings, close deals, and form valuable partnerships to drive LatchedAgency’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification & Meeting Setup: Manage and qualify meetings from inbound channels like Facebook ads, ensuring high-potential leads advance. You’ll also set up meetings with new prospects through proactive outreach.
- Relationship Building: Act as a relationship builder and trusted advisor for potential clients, engaging prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone to nurture connections and identify their marketing needs.
- Outbound Campaigns: Develop and execute cold email campaigns and make outbound calls to initiate conversations with cannabis brands and dispensaries.
- Content Posting: Regularly post engaging content on LinkedIn to position Latched as an industry leader, driving inbound leads.
- Event Attendance: Represent LatchedAgency at trade shows and conferences, building partnerships and fostering new business relationships.
- Partnership Development: Seek and develop strategic partnerships that enhance Latched’s service offerings and extend our client base.
- Sales & Closing: Convert prospects into clients by setting up meetings, demonstrating value, and closing deals with potential clients.

Qualifications:
- Marketing Agency Experience: Previous experience in a marketing agency is required.
- Proven experience in lead generation, qualification, and closing deals in a B2B setting.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn for content posting and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Highly organized, with a results-oriented approach.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $40,000 per year
- Commission: Additional commission on retainers closed
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 per year
