Genuine Home & Health Services Inc. is seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our office team.
This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys a balance of client interaction, coordination, and administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff to help ensure high quality care and smooth day-to-day operations.
This is primarily an office-based role with occasional client interaction and ongoing communication with our care team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and families regarding care needs and service updates
- Assist with client intake and ongoing service coordination
- Support caregivers with clinical questions and day-to-day concerns
- Assist with scheduling support, shift coordination, and staffing coverage
- Answer phones, emails, and office inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate client documentation and records
- Assist with chart audits, filing, and administrative tasks
- Monitor client concerns and follow up appropriately
- Work collaboratively with management and the office team to support quality client care
- Assist with reviewing care plans and ensuring clinical standards are maintained
Qualifications:
- Active RN registration in Alberta
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous home care or community care experience is considered an asset
- Strong computer and documentation skills
- Experience with scheduling or healthcare software is considered an asset

Pay: From $38.00 per hour
