3D Drilling Inc. is a growing geotechnical and environmental drilling company providing drilling services throughout Ontario. We work closely with engineering and environmental consulting firms to complete geotechnical investigations, environmental drilling, monitoring well installations, soil and rock coring, and specialty drilling projects.
We are currently looking for an organized, dependable and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team.
This is a key role within our day-to-day operations. The Project Coordinator will work closely with management, clients, and accounting to help coordinate projects from initial scheduling and utility locates through field completion, documentation and invoicing.
Previous experience in the geotechnical, environmental, drilling, construction or a related industry is strongly preferred.

- Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly and upcoming drilling schedules
- Communicate scheduling information, changes and delays with clients, management and field crews
- Review project scopes, borehole locations, site plans, drawings and client instructions
- Assist with scheduling subcontractors, traffic control, private locates and other outside services when required
- Track active projects from initial booking through completion and invoicing
- Assist management with scheduling conflicts, project changes and day-to-day operational requirements
- Maintain communication between office staff, management and field crews
- Track completed projects to ensure invoices are prepared and submitted promptly
- Enter and process invoices using Sage accounting software
- Review project estimates and compare completed field work against quoted work

- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Ability to prioritize urgent tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and able to maintain accurate records
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
