Your Mission
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and online booking requests for the Service Department
- Explain basic services and timelines
- Enter customer and vehicle information into the dealership management system
- Confirm appointments and manage cancellations or rescheduling
- Contact customers due for maintenance or recall services
- Promote seasonal tire programs, maintenance campaigns
- Re-engage lost and inactive customers
- Support initiatives that increase service department revenue
- Hit — and exceed — monthly appointment and show targets
You Will Be Measured On
- Service bookings generated and labour hours booked

Qualifications
- Proven track record in appointment setting, call center, or sales
- Dealership experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional phone and communication skills
- Ability to manage high lead volume and follow-up pipelines
- Fluency in additional languages is a strong asset (French, Urdu, Punjabi, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) as we proudly serve a diverse and growing community.
