About Us:
North York Diagnostic and Cardiac Centre is a specialty clinic that also offers cardiac diagnostic tests and conducts Phase 2-4 clinical trials. We are committed to advancing cardiovascular research and providing high-quality patient care through innovative clinical studies. We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our dynamic team.
Some of the Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee Phase 2-4 clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
- Work closely with Principal Investigators (PIs) and Sub-Investigators (Sub-Is) to ensure smooth study execution.
- Screen, enroll, and follow up with study participants.
- Perform phlebotomy and other sample collection procedures as required by study protocols.
- Maintain accurate and organized study documentation, including regulatory and source documents.
- Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with the research team to ensure patient safety and data integrity.
- Handle investigational product accountability and coordinate study visits.
- Communicate effectively with study sponsors, monitors, and ethics boards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
- Phlebotomy experience is preferred
- Must be a Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizen (Work permits or sponsorships are not available).
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial procedures, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced research environment.
- Proficiency in electronic data capture (EDC) systems and Microsoft Office.
