Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s daily reception duties with professionalism and positivity
- Assist veterinary team with animal restraint, sample collection, and basic medical procedures under supervision
- Maintain accurate patient records, update medical histories, and ensure all documentation is complete and organized
- Prepare examination rooms, clean equipment, and assist with laboratory tasks such as sample processing and testing when needed
- Communicate clearly with clients about pet care instructions, medication schedules, and follow-up appointments
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring medication storage for safety and compliance
- Handle phone inquiries efficiently, providing information or directing calls to appropriate team members
