In October 2020, IBM announced it's intention to separate the IT Infrastructure Services unit of its Global Technology Services division into a new, separate public company, creating two industry-leading companies - IBM and Kyndryl. Kyndryl designs, builds, manages, and modernizes the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day.
Kyndryl offers a full range of Cloud Services, Solutions and Technologies covering; strategy and architecture, migration and modernization, public / private cloud, and are partnered with all major cloud infrastructure providers. The Cloud Sales Executive will drive deal and sales pipeline of the Cloud Services portfolio, within Federal Government, Agencies and Crown Corporations.
Proven track record of working effectively with Business, IT Executives and Client Procurement, and ability to develop effective value positions that align with client requirements and business strategies
At least 5 years’ experience selling Cloud Services with 8-10 years’ of overall Services Sales
Deep skills in the area of Cloud Services within Federal Government, Agencies and Crown Corporations
Proven ability to develop sales strategies and provide subject matter expertise within a larger deal team
Ability to work within a team selling structure from multiple disciplines to integrate Kyndryl offerings and provide the greatest value in our proposals
Secret clearance, or eligible for Secret (10 years living in Canada, clean criminal record, good credit history)
Effectively communicate the capabilities and value of our Cloud Services and solutions at both the technical and executive levels within our clients’ organizations
Be recognized as a Cloud leader and an expert within the marketplace
Drive pricing and proposal development including the creation of statements of work as well as corporate proposal content
Drive opportunities from the early sales stages through contract signature, by
establishing overall sales strategy needed to gain client commitment to execute services agreements
Develop solution and pricing strategies needed to meet client requirements, provide business value, and differentiate Kyndryl from its competitors
Lead negotiations with clients as the SME for Resiliency as part of a deal team
Drive a disciplined process of pipeline development across white space and existing accounts to meet or exceed sales plan
