We're currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about supporting patients with professionalism and care.
The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with clinical knowledge to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee and support staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and technicians.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of prescriptions using Kroll.
- Provide patient counseling and education on medications and health matters.
- Maintain inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and managing stock.
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures to support safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment and deliver excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports and ensure proper documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist.
- Minimum 1–3 years of pharmacy experience.
- Proficiency with Kroll Pharmacy Software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Injection Certified
