CRM Marketing Coordinator
Location: Markham, ON (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: Starting from CAD $50,000 annually

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive CRM Marketing Coordinator to support customer relationship management, client engagement, and day to day marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM systems to support ongoing client relationship activities
- Execute customer communication campaigns to strengthen engagement and retention
- Maintain accurate client data, records, and customer segmentation
- Support the marketing team with day to day marketing operations, including website updates, marketing material development and coordination, and basic content management across digital marketing channels
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM platforms and customer relationship management
- Basic experience with Shopify or WordPress for website content maintenance
- Familiarity with emerging digital marketing practices, including SEO, SEM, AEO, GEO, and strategies to improve AI visibility across digital channels
- Basic skills in social media management and content creation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B marketing environment
- Ability to support lead nurturing and client relationship development
- Experience with outreach activities considered an asset
- Language Requirements: English, Chinese (preferred)
