At MI Dental, we are a modern, digital, paperless dental office in Kitchener with a strong focus on patient-centred care, clinical quality, and a supportive team environment.
We understand that hygienists do their best work when they are given proper time, autonomy, and respect. Our hygiene appointments are scheduled in 15-minute time units, and our hygienists are able to recommend appointment lengths based on what each patient actually needs.
This is not a production-driven hygiene environment. We want our hygienists to feel comfortable educating patients, building long-term relationships, and providing thorough care without feeling constantly rushed.

Schedule
We are open to discussing different schedule options depending on the right candidate’s availability. Weekday and weekend availability may both be considered.

- Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with the CDHO
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
