Wouda's Bakery has been serving the Penticton community with fresh, handcrafted baked goods and friendly service for years. We're looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Team Member who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Serve customers and process transactions using the cash register.
- Package and restock baked goods.
- Keep the bakery clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to ensure a great customer experience.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and dependable.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous bakery, café, or retail experience is an asset but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
