Schedule: Flexible days/ times including early mornings, weekends, holidays as needed

About Us:
Cedarbrook Bakery is a beloved local bakery known for our fresh, handcrafted breads, pastries, and custom cakes. We’ve been serving the community with quality, care, and a passion for baking since 1976. We’re currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Baker to join our team and bring our signature recipes—and some new ones—to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods
- Follow and maintain consistency with established recipes and production schedules
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and baking areas
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the bakery team to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional baking experience (retail bakery preferred)
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and tools
- Ability to follow recipes with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and early morning shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Passion for baking and creating high-quality products
- Dependable, punctual, and a positive team player
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cake decorating
- Food Safe certification
- Creativity and willingness to contribute new ideas to the menu
