In this role, you'll install, maintain, inspect, and upgrade telecommunications infrastructure while working alongside an experienced crew on projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Climb telecommunications towers and perform work safely at heights.
- Assemble and install tower sections, antennas, transmission lines, and related equipment.
- Perform tower inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential safety hazards.
- Complete routine maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
- Set up, operate, and dismantle rigging equipment for lifting operations.
- Inspect rigging gear and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Operate bucket trucks, forklifts, and other equipment safely.
- Assist with the installation of telecommunications and network infrastructure.
- Work closely with team members to ensure proper load distribution and safe rigging practices.
- Maintain clear communication on job progress and adhere to all company and industry safety procedures.
- Follow all applicable safety regulations and best practices while working at heights.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in tower rigging, construction, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfortable climbing towers and working at heights.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Willing and able to travel out of town for extended periods.
- Physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions.
- Experience with telecommunications equipment, network infrastructure, or low-voltage systems is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
