The Disability Admin Clerk provides administrative support by ensuring timely and accurate sorting and distribution of mail, filing, photocopying and phone reception.

Accountabilities:
Completing and sending out template letters to disability claimants
Accurate completion of uploading reports to claimant files
Communicating of received mail items to Disability Services team members
Accurately investigating and ensuring payment of invoices for Disability Services treatments
Completing and communicating referral letters for Disability Services treatments to medical providers
Assist with other support functions as required

Qualifications and Competencies:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Well developed organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Proficient user in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
Strong typing and data entry skills
Excellent communication skills
Well developed problem solving skills
