We are currently recruiting for a Shop Helper to work out one of our Burlington, Ontario locations. A Shop Helper is responsible for a variety of tasks to assist Technicians in the repair of customer vehicles. A Shop Helper is expected to provide exceptional service to each and every customer, at all times.
Salary rate based on experience.
Description of Duties/Expectations:
- Assist shop technicians with minor repairs as required (perform oil change service, etc.)
- Maintain a well-organized and professional looking work area
- Perform light shop maintenance duties
- Perform car detailing duties (wash, polish, vacuum vehicles, etc.)
- Act as a delivery driver when needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to install, balance & mount tires
- Excellent customer service skills
- Automotive Service and Tire experience an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work unsupervised and independently
- Ability to work in a team environment
