Wiz-Tec Computing Technologies Inc. is a Canadian technology company headquartered in Calgary and served retailers across Canada. This position is responsible for connecting our sales team with leads and business opportunities and is the first line of communication with prospects. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, research, and identifying needs, pain points, budget, and other critical information, and working closely with the rest of our sales team throughout the sale.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting, generating, and qualifying new leads and relationships through interactions in person, online, over the telephone, and email
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and other outreach efforts
- Assessing, gathering, researching, and submitting client's needs and resources for underwriting, pricing, and presentation of proposals
- Setting up meetings, calls, and demos between prospects and the sales team
- Promoting the company’s products and services
- Managing and maintaining CRM and other databases
Qualifications/Requirements
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to quickly pick up new product and service knowledge, and communicate that knowledge effectively to customers
- Flexible, organized, and excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in French (verbal and written) is an asset
- Experience in the retail, gas retail,and related industries are an asset.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Hubspot and Zoho, is an asset
This is a full-time position based out of our Calgary office. Compensation is Base + Commission. Please submit a cover letter in addition to your resume.
