Our ideal candidate would also have these key qualifications:
At least five years experience developing your career in human resources, embracing progressive levels of responsibilities and garnering experience in senior human resources and administrative roles.
A University degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as ease with negotiation and facilitation.
Fluency in English and French are required, fluency in Spanish would be considered an asset.
Excellent computer skills with Google Chrome, Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
Phenomenal analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Initiate & facilitate Human Resources processes
Know the rules & regulations of Provincial Labour standards across Canada.
Administer employee health and welfare plans, including enrollment, changes & terminations and act as a liaison between employees and insurance provider
Create employee contracts, addendums, memos, etc. as well as contract renewals.
Engage with accounting department to supervise payroll data.
Ensure the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
Answer employee requests and questions.
Create and update company policies.
Engage in onboarding, performance review and termination processes.
Engage in recruitment and interview processes.
Develop strategies to increase employee engagement and participation within the company.
Post company announcements on Workplace (Facebook for enterprises).
Keep HR digital documents up to date.
Assist CEO with administrative tasks
