We're looking for a reliable and motivated Summer Labourers to join our Building Maintenance team for an immediate start, through to October 2026
This is a hands-on role that offers a wide variety of work, making every day different.

Position Summary
Our labourers provides general support to the Building Maintenance Department, assisting with the upkeep, repair, and presentation of resort buildings and facilities. The role is varied and requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to perform a wide range of duties as operational needs change throughout the season.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with general building maintenance and repairs.
- Moving furniture, equipment, and materials.
- Performing cleaning and upkeep of workspaces
- Assisting tradespeople with maintenance projects.
- Grounds and exterior maintenance as required.
- Loading, unloading, and organizing supplies and materials.
- Operating tools safely.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Responding to day-to-day operational requests and completing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- No previous experience is required; training will be provided.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and perform a variety of tasks.
- Commitment to safe work practices.
Working Conditions
- Seasonal position with varied daily duties.
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- 40hrs/week
- Wednesday to Saturday
- Shifts 6.30am-5.00
- Physical labour is required throughout the workday.
Pay: $18.25 per hour
