Join our team as a Reach Truck and Order Picker Operator at a bustling plumbing distribution center. This role involves operating machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety standards.
Responsibilities-
Operate reach truck and order picker in a busy plumbing distribution environment.

Follow all safety standards, including wearing a harness when required.

Engage in physical work as needed alongside operating machinery.

Utilize RF scanners for picking, shipping, and receiving tasks.

Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Participate in packing and general material handling duties.
Essential Skills-
2+ years of experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as reach trucks and order pickers.

2+ years of experience in warehouse forklift operations.

Proficiency with RF scanners.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications-
Forklift certification is a strong asset.

Experience with combilifts would be beneficial.

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse setting, primarily operating machinery. The shift runs from Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 11 PM. Dress code includes safety attire as required for operating equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vaughan, ON.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.47 - $22.47/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
