Job Title: Branch Sales Manager
Branch: Grande Prairie, Alberta
Reporting to: Divisional Sales Manager
The agriculture industry is growing and Rocky Mountain Equipment, Canada’s largest independent agriculture equipment dealer, is looking for a motivated individual to join our Grande Prairie dealership as a Branch Sales Manager. Agriculture experience along with Sales management experience is considered a strong asset.
Job duties: The Branch Sales Manager (BSM) is the head of the dealership’s sales team. Through the sales team, they are able to develop business as well as providing a long-term, relationship and solutions-based approach to customers. The BSM must maintain a culture of excellent customer service and satisfaction. They are responsible for building a team of motivated and eager salespeople that are able to strategically achieve or exceed productivity and sales targets. By mentoring the team and working alongside other departments both within the branch and across the company, they can help build a winning culture. The Branch Sales Manager must remain current on product knowledge, features and benefits of all equipment that RME offers. On top of that, they must stay up to date with both competitive activity and competitive products.
