**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the frontline of our company, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding support and service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **User Interaction:** Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries through Intercom. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve user issues effectively.
- **Customer Onboarding:** Conduct engaging and informative demos of our system to onboard new customers, ensuring they have a seamless start with our product.
- **Software Installation:** Assist in the installation of our proprietary software, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth setup process.
- **Training:** Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop proficiency in using Windows and our software. Continuous learning will be encouraged to enhance your skills and knowledge.
**Requirements:**
- **Strong English Communication:** Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Politeness and good manners are essential in all customer interactions.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with Windows OS. Prior experience in software installation is a plus.
- **Customer Service Experience:** Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred, but not mandatory.
