Junior Product Specialist - Mercedes-Benz Saskatoon
Mercedes-Benz Saskatoon is seeking a motivated Junior Product Specialist to join our Sales Team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in automotive sales while gaining hands-on experience in a premium dealership environment.
As a Junior Product Specialist, you'll support the Sales and Management teams with daily operations, help deliver an exceptional customer experience, and develop the skills and product knowledge needed to progress into a full-time Product Specialist role.
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Product Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting the Sales Team and ensuring our dealership operates efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a clean, organized, and presentation-ready vehicle inventory and lot.
Transporting vehicles between departments, including Detail and Service.
Assisting with airport pickups, customer transportation, and other dealership errands.
Auditing website inventory to ensure vehicle information is accurate and up to date.
Performing light vehicle clean-ups to keep inventory guest-ready.
Creating vehicle walkaround videos for online inventory.
Recording personalized video responses for online customer inquiries.
Listing inventory on Facebook Marketplace and responding to customer inquiries.
Greeting guests upon arrival and ensuring a seamless introduction to the appropriate Product Specialist.
Assisting customers during busy periods by answering questions and providing support.
Supporting the Sales and Management teams with various operational and administrative tasks as needed.
