1. Provide excellent customer service:
- Respond to front counter, telephone and e-mail inquiries, complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Log and track service requests received from the public.
- Respond to information requests from the public and internal staff.
- Review and respond to shared inboxes and calendar requests
2. Provide administrative support to the Protective Services Department including but not limited to:
- Prepare correspondence and reports.
- Prepare meeting agendas and packages, create PowerPoint presentations and take meeting minutes.
- Enter and update information in department records and tracking systems.
- Administer and maintain Protective Services record keeping for training and incident reports.
- Process Protective Services account receivable and payable items.
- Assist with supporting the False Alarms program.
- Assist with supporting Community Safety programs.
3. Provide administrative support to the Manager, Protective Services including:
- Maintain departmental records and filing systems.
- Prepare and process court-related documents as required.
- Code and process invoices to the appropriate general ledger (GL) accounts.
- Reconcile purchase card transactions monthly
- Track and follow up on service requests related to RDCO Protective Services.
4. Support other positions at the RDCO as directed.
5. Other duties as assigned.
