You are an experienced digital marketer looking to utilize and develop your tactical, creative and analytical skills. Your technical expertise and drive will support our Agency’s efforts in delivering optimized, high-performing marketing services that exceed client expectations.
Your role will be varied and will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Strategize, build, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok and programmatic DSPs;
- Prepare regular reports on relevant performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations;
- Proactively make strategic campaign recommendations to improve performance to exceed client and organizational KPIs;
- Perform Search Engine Optimization audits, including keyword research, website content and technical recommendations and implementations;
- Collaborate with organizational teams to align editorial and design objectives;
- Optimize landing page content and ensure effective tracking of all relevant KPIs;
- Coordinate all digital assets (i.e. copywriting, text, imagery, branding elements);
- Continuously research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies;
- Implement and manage marketing tags, ensuring accurate data collection and efficient tracking of user interactions on websites.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must possess the following:
- Professional experience in an active marketing role, with key responsibilities including digital marketing, analytics, and analysis reporting;
- Experience in building and managing search, display, and video campaigns across multiple platforms including at minimum Google and Meta.
- Experience in applying web-based analytics, trends, and technologies to marketing objectives and campaigns;
- Experience with paid search, display, video and social platforms, reporting tools, SEO, and email marketing;
- Detailed understanding and implementation experience with Google Analytics, Google LookerStudio, and Google Search Console;
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Proven collaboration skills for working closely with internal teams and effectively communicating insights and recommendations;
- Detailed understanding and experience in developing, managing and utilizing custom first-party audiences;
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Google Sheets, Docs and Slides.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, etc) and A/B testing frameworks;
- Experience in crafting engaging, conversion-focused ad copy and content to align with campaign objectives;
- Strong understanding of WordPress and other CMS platforms;
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, that accompany your well-developed analytical and interpersonal skills.
It would be beneficial if you have:
- University/college degree or diploma in Marketing or related discipline
- Google Ads (Google Partners) and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications;
- Managed DV360 or other programmatic platforms;
- Worked with Google Tag Manager and know the difference between and relationship of a trigger and tag with events and goals;
- Previous agency experience
- Can teach us something new about digital marketing
A Day in the Life
This is a full-time position with core office hours from 8:30 to 5:00 PST, Monday to Friday. Flexible hours are available to accommodate personal responsibilities. Occasionally, work outside of regular hours may be necessary to meet campaign requirements. This role requires in-person collaboration at our Victoria, BC office and is not suitable for fully remote work.
Working closely with our entire agency team, you will collaborate with a team of dynamic professional marketers. Our work is in high demand, ensuring you will always be engaged and challenged. Each day, you will contribute your technical expertise and creative ideas to develop new campaigns and optimize the performance of existing ones. Your role is essential to the success of our agency in delivering high-performing, optimized marketing services for our clients.
You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, primarily focusing on delivering campaigns on digital platforms such as Google and Meta. Additionally, you will work with the team to enhance SEO, update landing pages, and make strategic recommendations.
In essence, you will ensure that the campaigns we design, build, and maintain perform at peak efficiency and deliver exceptional results.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
