what we are looking for: We are seeking a labourer/helper that can assist with our renovations including bathroom & kitchen renovations and window & door installations. Someone that takes pride in their work and enjoys working as part of a growing team. We expect all our employees to maintain great relationships with not only fellow employees but also our clients and sub-trades. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy working with others, are always looking for ways to start, grow or develop your skillset and take pride in your work then TS Home Innovations might be the right place for you. Must be able to lift 50lbs and work at heights and off ladders and scaffolding.
No Experience? No problem! We will happily train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic. For the right candidate we will provide you everything you need including company vehicle(but you will need your own vehicle to start), hand & power tools and support in order for you to start your renovation journey!

Depending on the skillset and abilities, we are offering $16 - $20 starting wage with so much room to grow those numbers. Beyond the wage there may also be an opportunity for a company vehicle, company phone, and profit sharing for the right candidate! You must have your own vehicle, valid driver's licence and hand tools. Candidates with additional tools may have the opportunity for additional wages. Criminal record check required.
