Your primary responsibilities will include:
Proactively managing senior team members’ schedules, including coordinating with client and business-related activities with minimal input and direction.
Anticipating and supporting the team within an agile workplace, including location and reservation of appropriate space and other required resources.
Expense and time reporting.
The assembly, formatting and proofreading of executive presentations and briefing materials.
Research of options and source for corporate gifts.
Identifying requirements for meetings and events, arranging appropriate support, including researching venues, securing reservations, determining menus—all requiring an elevated attention to detail.
Coordinating and attending internal/external meetings, as requested, to document action items for independent follow up.
The role of Executive Assistant is to provide administrative and project support for a member of Baker Tilly Windsor’s Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will work alongside the Executive to provide superior administrative support. The selected candidate will be detail-oriented, anticipatory, highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, all the while demonstrating discretion and the ability to manage confidential information. This position will be based in Windsor.
A successful candidate will have:
A minimum 5 years of experience supporting Executives in a professional, customer-service driven and fast-paced environment.
The ability to deal with highly confidential information, diplomacy, conciliation and discretion is vital in this role.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment with internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced-level knowledge of common industry software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat.
Flexibility to work overtime, if required.
