Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks to load, unload, and organize inventory with precision and care.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and update records accurately.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical safety and proper functioning.
- Assist with order picking processes by selecting items according to order specifications and preparing them for shipment.
- Use basic math skills to verify quantities, measurements, and inventory counts during daily operations.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper stacking, securing loads, and adhering to warehouse safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating forklifts AND VALID FORKLIFT LICENSE !
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with maintaining forklift machinery is preferred.
- Experience with warehouse distribution processes and order picking techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurement verification.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and excellent teamwork skills.
- COMBI-LIFT / SIDE-LOADER Forklift experience is a must!!! OR CRANE BOOM ATTACHMENT Knowledge is a must!!!
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
