Grounders Property Maintenance is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented person who can work independently. This role is a mix of hands-on driveway sealing and customer-facing sales. You’ll be driving to jobs, speaking with homeowners, knocking doors in nearby areas, and completing high-quality driveway sealing work.
Location / Service Area: Scarborough, Markham, Pickering, Ajax (and surrounding GTA)
Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 7:00pm (optional Saturdays available)
Pay
- Hourly pay
- Performance bonuses available based on results and quality (discussed after you’ve proven yourself)
Season Timeline
- Driveway sealing season runs until November 1
- After November 1, we switch over to snow removal for team members who are interested in continuing work
What You’ll Do
- Perform driveway sealing with attention to detail (prep, clean edges, protect landscaping, clean finish)
- Work alone most days and manage your time efficiently
- Knock doors and speak with homeowners to book driveway sealing jobs
- Meet customers on-site, answer questions, and represent the company professionally
- Drive a truck and trailer to and from jobs (or learn quickly if you’re not fully experienced yet)
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working independently and staying productive without being micromanaged
- Sales-driven and confident talking to homeowners (door knocking and on-site conversations)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Construction or landscaping experience is a strong asset
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Requirements
- Valid G driver’s license
- Comfortable driving a truck, and willing/able to learn truck + trailer (training provided)
- Able to work outdoors and handle physical work
