We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of People & Culture to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving strategic HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals
- Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes
- Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Supervise HR staff, providing guidance and mentorship
- Manage budgeting for HR initiatives and programs
- Implement process improvements to streamline HR operations
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on change management and talent acquisition
- Strong background in Oracle or similar HRIS systems
- Demonstrated expertise in training development, recruiting, and process improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Solid understanding of budgeting principles in an HR context
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives while ensuring operational excellence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$92,000.00 per year
