Pay Rate: $19.50/hour + $1.00/hour shift premium for Afternoon & Night Shifts
Shifts: Rotating MAD (Midnight / Afternoon / Day)
Training: Days
Position Type: Full-Time, Ongoing – Minimum commitment through October/November
We are currently hiring General Labour / Machine Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in Guelph! This is a full-time opportunity with steady hours and the potential for long-term employment.
The ideal candidates will be reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is considered an asset.
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform general labour and production duties as required
- Load and unload materials from machinery
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow production procedures and workplace safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is an asset
- Ability to work a rotating MAD shift
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift and handle materials as required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- $19.50/hour
- +$1.00/hour shift premium for Afternoon and Night shifts
- Full-time hours
- Days required for initial training
- Rotating MAD schedule
- Minimum assignment through October/November, with potential for continued employment
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
