Great West Chrysler is currently looking for a Full-Time Shipper/Receiver to join our busy Parts Department.
This position is well-suited for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in keeping parts, materials, and shipments moving efficiently while supporting both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify parts, quantities, and documentation
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing parts and materials accurately and efficiently
- Inspect deliveries for accuracy and report any discrepancies or damages
- Organize and coordinate outbound transportation and deliveries
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory-related records
- Respond to shipping-related inquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Assist with general Parts Department organization and administrative tasks as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience is considered an asset
- Experience with CDK and shipping/receiving processes is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and complete physical tasks throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Forklift certification or forklift experience is considered an asset
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
