This isn't a "stand behind the counter and wait" job. You're having real conversations with customers, helping them hit their fitness goals, and building repeat business. Our performance program rewards strong sellers with bonuses on top of base wage.
THE ROLE
You own the evening shift at Supplement King Waterdown. After-work customers know what they want — you help them find it fast, suggest what they're missing, and turn one-time buyers into regulars.
- Have real conversations — ask questions, listen, then recommend
- Drive sales through product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm
- Build repeat customers who come back because of you
- Close out the store — cash, cleaning, restocking for the next day
- Keep the store sharp — stocked shelves, clean displays
SCHEDULE: Monday–Wednesday | 4:45 PM – 9:15 PM (~13.5 hrs/week)
Perfect for students, athletes, or anyone with daytime commitments.
WHO THRIVES HERE
You love talking to people, get a kick out of exceeding sales targets, stay positive and energetic, and have a personal connection to fitness or nutrition. Experience in retail, sales, or fitness is helpful but not required.
